All candidates are given company information packs and general job briefing. This ensures that our clients will only see committed and informed candidates.
Candidates are sought from a range of sources We regularly advertise in many local newspapers as well as a range of specialist Sales and IT publications. We also have a local database of IT Sales and Marketing Personnel which goes back to 1989.
Fifteen years recruitment knowledge of the local area has built up a massive network of contacts which enable us to secure referrals, recommendations and introductions with candidates. Traditional ‘cold’ headhunting techniques can also be used if necessary.
Psychometric tests and Personality Profiling can be carried out if necessary. References are taken if required.Our own experience as middle and senior managers has meant that we are able to consult with recruiting decision makers with a wealth of insight into their business training and recruitment concerns.
We ensure regular contact and after sales follow through with our account managers monitoring each candidate’s progress with our clients.
